How can you save water?
Venter Drilling Western Province offers a wide variety of rain harvesting, underground, chemical and septic tanks. With the Western Province’s drought crisis, harvesting free sources of water- such as rain water in this instance has become a necessity. Our tanks offer you the chance to use harvested water on irrigation, cleaning and daily household chores; thereby reducing your water bill.
Collecting this water source ensures that you have a constant reserve of water on hand to replenish your existing resources as well as protect you from water interruptions or scarcities.
Our variety of rain water tanks range from compact to large capacity that can hold up to 10,000 litres.
- Stores from 1,000 (compact) to 10,000 (large) litres
- Free and cost-effective alternative to tap water
- For water re-use (showering, gardening, pool water, etc.)
- Space-saving designs for urban use
Our underground tanks offer a solution when space and accessibility are an issue – especially in an urban environment. They can be placed under paved lightweight traffic areas e.g. garden paths, garden beds or lawns providing an eco-friendly and aesthetically-pleasing solution for rainwater capture and harvesting.
The rotational moulding process used to produce a one-piece, seamless, watertight tank ensures a rugged, ribbed design with superior strength for underground installation.
There is a very specific and highly recommended installation procedure for the underground tanks. When installing an underground tank, the following needs to be considered:
Site location | Excavation | Bedding | Water tank connection | Backfill | Dressing | Usage and maintenance
Sanitation tanks, also known as septic / conservancy tanks, offer solutions for sewerage and waste. The range of sanitation tanks include storage tanks to store up to 10,000 litres of sewerage to portable pit pedestal toilets for areas without regular sewerage removal.
Our sanitation sanitation are manufactured by means of the rotational moulding process that produces a one-piece, seamless, watertight tank using the same polyethylene as our other storage tanks.
Their specialized polyethylene construction is unaffected by soil chemicals and the chemicals and gases present in sewerage, so our septic tanks do not corrode and require no additional coatings as other tanks do. These sanitation tanks are easy to handle and offer simplified cleaning.
